Abstract Guidelines
Abstracts are for poster presentations only. The deadline to submit an abstract was April 15, 2026. Abstract decisions will be sent by May 1. Please contact Aaron Hoskins ahoskins@wisc.edu with any questions you have regarding abstracts.
A completed submission includes:
- Title
- Author names
- Author affiliations
- Abstract (250 words or fewer)
Poster Information
Posters can be a maximum of 4 ft x 4 ft (122 cm x 122 cm) in size. Posters should be set up during breakfast and taken down before the start of dinner. Please contact Aaron Hoskins ahoskins@wisc.edu with any questions you have regarding posters.
