Registration for the 43rd Steenbock Symposium is open March 2 through April 15, 2026 in Qualtrics. The meeting is in-person only, and registration is free. If you are planning to submit an abstract, you will do so as part of registration. Please read our Abstract Guidelines below before you submit your abstract.

Abstract Guidelines
Abstracts are for poster presentations only. Abstract submission is incorporated into the registration form in Qualtrics. The deadline to submit an abstract is April 15, 2026. Abstract decisions will be sent by May 1.
A completed submission includes:
- Title
- Author names
- Author affiliations
- Abstract (250 words or fewer)
Poster Information
Posters can be a maximum of 4 ft x 4 ft (122 cm x 122 cm) in size. Posters should be set up during breakfast and taken down before the start of dinner. Please contact Aaron Hoskins ahoskins@wisc.edu with any questions you have regarding posters.
